Koala Conservation Day, You Yangs
Sunday 17 May 2020, 09:00am

Enjoy a day of wellness in the outdoors, connecting with nature and helping Koalas.

In the winter months (June-August) we plant koala trees on private properties on the Western Plains. After five to six years of growth, the time it takes to go through high school, a tree is big enough to house and feed a koala.

  • Spend time outdoors connecting with mother nature

  • Socialise with like-minded people

  • Experience koalas in their natural habitat

  • Help create a new environment for koalas

  • Help to maintain Australia's natural forests

  • Help us save wild koalas in the You Yangs and the Western Plains

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the relaxation of nature, see wild koalas and help create new koala habitat.

Koala Clancy's Bush Day Out  -  Feel inspired by helping Koalas in the wild.

Make a home for wild koalas by removing weeds from their habitat and planting and nurturing new trees - all in the company of a highly experienced Koala Researcher.

Generally held on 3rd Sunday of every month, all year
