infoeventKoalas and Tree Planting Information Event

Free Registration Online Now please!

In 2018 we held a really successful Koala Tree Planting Information Event, which resulted in planting lots of koala trees on private properties. So they're doing it again:

The purpose of the event is to talk to locals and groups about helping to get trees planted for koalas on private land – urgently.

This event and the data presented are specific to the You Yangs / Little River / Western Plains region of Victoria, but much of it will be relevant to other regions.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land we live, work and plant koala trees on – the Wathaurong People.

The presentation is in two parts: background information about the local koala population of the You Yangs region; then information about Koala Clancy Foundation and how we can help - and how everyone can get involved.  See blog for more information.

In 2018 and 2019 Koala Clancy Foundation successfully planted native trees in prime koala habitat locations throughout private properties around the You Yangs and we want to continue to build new habitat in 2020.
