This prize features a beautifully hand crafted koala planter, made by long-term supporter and Koala Clancy Foundation community member, Corey Loader. Corey’s generously donated koala planter is featured alongside a vintage koala book, “Koalas”, printed in 1969 and donated by ongoing and committed Koala Clancy Foundation member, Glen White (RRP $120)

Not long ago, the forested hills of the You Yangs were an island hub for wildlife. Surrounded by farmland, the forest stood tall and green, sheltering a vibrant suite of Australian wildlife. Now, the forest trees are dying and our koalas face the threat of local extinction. In 2024 Koala Clancy Foundation will embark on another monumental tree planting season, aiming to plant another 30,000 trees for koalas to save them from extinction.
But we need your help.

The TOP PRIZE is a one-of-a-kind, hand-knitted, 100% wool shawl by Kayleen Bilson at Koala Cuddles Australia. This shawl has been meticulously crafted with the “illusion knitting” technique which creates a detailed visual in the knit-work that can only be seen from certain angles. A portrait of our namesake, koala Clancy, appears on the shawl, surrounded by elegant eucalyptus leaves.
