● $200 Liberty Balloon Flights Voucher: The full name, email address, and mobile
number of the winner of this prize will be given to Liberty Balloon Flights. Liberty
Balloon Flights will contact the winner directly with their voucher.
● Rabbit Island Sun Protection Hat from Imperial1916: The hat will be posted by Koala
Clancy Foundation to anywhere in Australia, directly to the winner
Images used for promotion are for display purposes and prizes may not appear exactly as

Terms and Conditions
● Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be
purchased.
● Raffle ticket sales will commence at 9:00am, Monday 30th March 2026 and
conclude at 12:00pm, Monday 4th May 2026.
● Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes will only be sent to the ticket buyer.
● The draw for the winners will take place at 2:00pm, Monday 4th May 2026, at the
Koala Clancy Foundation office at 535 Staughton Vale Road, Staughton Vale, VIC.
Entrants need not be present to win.
● The legal age for purchasing raffle tickets is 18. If we discover the winner is under
the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
● In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first and the other
prizes drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
● Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the
supplier/website and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in
Australian dollars.
● Koala Clancy Foundation shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur
to prizes during postage.
● Koala Clancy Foundation will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners
and deliver the prizes. If any prizes remain unclaimed, Koala Clancy Foundation
will deal with such prizes in accordance with the Victorian Gambling and Casino
Control Commission Act 2011 (VIC).
● By entering the raffle you will allow Koala Clancy Foundation to contact you about
news, events and general information in relation to the organisation. You may
unsubscribe from the Koala Clancy Foundation mailing list at any time.
Tickets
All tickets must be purchased online by accepted methods. Purchasers must be Australian
residents aged 18 years or older. Only 560 tickets at $10 each will be sold.
Notifying Winners
All winners will be notified via phone and email. The first name, initial of the last name and
winning ticket number of all prize winners will be published within 7 days of the draw on the
Koala Clancy Foundation website (www.koalaclancyfoundation.org.au), Instagram
(@koalaclancy), and Facebook page (facebook.com/KoalaClancy).
If a prize is unclaimed or has not been accepted by a winner, or if, after making all
reasonable attempts, we can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact us) by
10:00am on Monday 25th May, 2026, we will discard the relevant entry/ies and redraw the
prize at 12:00pm on Monday 25th May, 2026, at 535 Staughton Vale Road, Staughton Vale,
VIC 3340. Any new winner/s will be published online by Thursday 28th May,2026 and will be
contacted via phone and email immediately following the draw.
Conduct of draws
All prize draws will be conducted by executives of Koala Clancy Foundation at its office in
Staughton Vale, Vic 3340.
Refunds
Tickets are non refundable.
Excluded purchasers
Tickets must not be purchased by: Koala Clancy Foundation VIC, its board members,
executive team members, and employees who have been involved in the organisation of the
Raffle. During the conduct of a draw, if the Koala Clancy Foundation CEO (or delegate)
conducting the draw is satisfied that an excluded purchaser is a prize winner, then the
relevant prize will be re-drawn. If the Koala Clancy Foundation CEO (or delegate) is satisfied
after the conclusion of the draw but before a prize has been collected that an excluded
purchaser is a prize winner, then the excluded purchaser will not be entitled to collect the
prize. The decision of the Koala Clancy Foundation CEO (or delegate) will be final and
binding.
Confirming winners
In the event that there is any doubt or dispute as to the identity of the winner or as to the
manner in which the prize is to be paid then the matter will be referred to the Koala Clancy
Foundation CEO (or delegate) for resolution.
The decision of the CEO shall be final and binding. The CEO will not be acting as an arbitrator
and the CEO’s decision shall not be subject to challenge or review.
Acceptance
By participating in the Koala Clancy Foundation Raffle, you are deemed to accept these
Terms and Conditions.
We need to collect personal information to process your purchase, verify you are over 18,
notify you if you are a winner, and conduct normal business.
Changes
Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to address any
errors or to clarify information and re-published online at
www.koalaclancyfoundation.com.au.
